    The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of the marina and beach. the staff is especially helpful, enhancing the overall experience. the penthouse apartment is beautifully presented with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It's conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, and cafes, including Symposium, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

    Our experience here was very nice. Central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in our apartment were useful during stay. Enjoyed watching river from the window.

    Great service from Peter. He relocated us to a ground floor room that better accomodated young kids. Nothing to complain about, all appliances etc in the room worked without any problems.

    Loved the location and the outlook from the large deck.

    Didnt like the noisy trucks, whipper snippers, etc at 6am each morning! Our apartment was not very clean and decor was shabby - could do with a makeover. Not sure if all apartments in this complex are the same or in same condition?

    it was a good size apartment in a handy location & it had a lovely outlook

    The general cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived did not seem to be up to scratch, the interior was getting shabby and we we run out of hot water quite quickly.

    This was a lovely spacious apartment very close to all facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was great having secure parking under the building and being able to walk easily to the beach, shops and facilities. Lovely views from the balcony over the river.

    I have stayed at Spinnaker Quays on several occasions. The ability and helpfulness of the staff to ensure we received the room requested was very much appreciated. They went beyond what I would have expected for normal room allocation.

    The cleanliness of the room was far below standard. Crockery and cutlery had been used by a previous guest/s and replaced in the cupboard without being cleaned. The bathroom floors needed further attention as there was still accumulated hair in the corners of the tiled area. The lounge had a distinct urine odour and there was mouldy food stuffs between the fridge and the cupboard. The unit just needed a really good clean.
